1. Definitions

  • "Service" : The Monitaroo web monitoring SaaS platform accessible via app.monitaroo.com
  • "Utilisateur" : Any natural or legal person using the Service
  • "Compte" : The personal space created by the User to access the Service
  • "Données" : Information collected, processed and stored when using the Service
  • "Abonnement" : The subscription contract granting access to paid features

2. Purpose

These Terms of Service define the terms of access and use of Monitaroo, a web monitoring platform for monitoring the availability, performance and SSL certificates of websites and APIs.

3. Eligibility

The Service is reserved for legal entities and individuals acting in their professional capacity. The User declares having the legal capacity to commit to these Terms.

⚠️ As a professional, you do not benefit from the right of withdrawal provided by consumer law.

4. Registration and Account

Access to the Service requires creating an Account. The User agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information and to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials. They are responsible for all activity on their Account.

5. Pricing and Payment

The Service is offered in different subscription plans. Prices are shown in EUR including VAT. Payment is made by credit card via our provider LemonSqueezy. Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless cancelled.

  • Free : Free, limited features, maximum 5 monitors
  • Pro : €9/month, 50 monitors, 30-second intervals, multi-channel alerts
  • Business : €29/month, 150 monitors, teams, full API, 99.9% SLA

6. Duration and Termination

Subscriptions are for a monthly or annual term depending on the option chosen. Users can cancel their subscription at any time from their dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. No prorated refunds are given.

7. User Obligations

The User agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of their credentials
  • Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws
  • Not use the Service for illegal or abusive purposes

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, its interface, features and source code are protected by intellectual property rights. The subscription grants only a right to use the Service, excluding any ownership rights.

9. Liability

Monitaroo commits to providing the Service diligently and according to best practices. However, the Service is provided "as is" and Monitaroo does not guarantee 100% availability.

Monitaroo shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, revenue or profit loss resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

10. Data Protection

Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy. Data is hosted in France by Scaleway.

11. Termination

Users can cancel their subscription at any time from their dashboard. Access to the Service is maintained until the end of the paid period.

Monitaroo may suspend or terminate access to the Service in case of violation of these Terms, without prejudice to any legal action.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, unless otherwise required by law.
