We want you to be satisfied with Monitaroo. If you're not convinced, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment.

14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for your first paid subscription. If the Service doesn't meet your expectations, contact us and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked.

Eligibility Conditions

  • This is your first paid Monitaroo subscription
  • The request is made within 14 days of payment
  • The account has not been used abusively

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Requests after the 14-day period
  • Subscription renewals (monthly or annual)
  • Accounts suspended for Terms violation
  • Prorated refunds for partial months

Refund Process

  1. Send an email to billing@monitaroo.com with your request
  2. We verify eligibility (usually within 24 hours)
  3. Refund is processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method

Cancellation Without Refund

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Access to the Service is maintained until the end of the paid period. No prorated refunds are given for the remaining period.
